Privacy policy.

We handle personal data sparingly and transparently. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website and why.

1. Controller

Webdelity LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd, Suite 501-I, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA

Email: hello@webdelity.com · Phone: +49 (0) 2801 8399 699

2. Server logs

Each request is logged automatically with technical access data: IP address, date and time, requested file, volume transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is necessary to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.

3. Cookies and consent

On your first visit a banner asks whether statistics cookies may be set. Strictly necessary functions (form protection, storing your cookie decision in your browser) work without consent because they are required to operate the site.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to analyse how the site is used.

Analytics loads only after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Until then Google Consent Mode v2 blocks all storage access: no cookies are set and no data is transmitted. IP addresses are truncated; advertising and personalisation features stay permanently disabled.

Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Contact form and shop audit

When you use the contact form or the shop audit we process the details you enter — name, email address, optionally company, phone number, shop address, your answers and your message — solely to respond to your enquiry and to explore working together.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication). The details are sent to us by email and stored in a log. We delete them once the matter is closed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Spam protection

To block automated submissions we validate form data on the server: a field invisible to humans, the time between page load and submission, the sender domain and suspicious content patterns. Your IP address is processed for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

7. Fonts and external content

All fonts are served from our own server. No Google Fonts or comparable services are loaded. External connections occur only after you consent to analytics.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time.

A message to hello@webdelity.com is enough to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here always applies.
